Auckland, New Zealand. Barnardos New Zealand strives to build better communities, one child at a time, but they don’t focus on children in isolation. A child with a need belongs to a family or whānau. That family lives in a community. Those communities make up the nation of New Zealand. Barnardos believe in a nation where the children have every opportunity to shine, and Frontier Software was happy to offer them its continued support. A donation was made in late 2020 to help ensure every child in the care of Barnardos had a Christmas to remember.
Frontier Software New Zealand Director, Brian Fehsenfeld, received a letter from the CEO of Barnardos NZ, Mike Munnelly acknowledging the contribution. “Thank you for making a difference for New Zealand families over the holiday period! You’ve made sure that they don’t miss out. You’ve given them, and their families, a moment to be ‘normal’ not different, not worrying or struggling. It is your kindness and generosity that allows Barnardos to be there for our children.”
‘Frontier Software takes pride in being able to offer Barnardos New Zealand our support, says Fehsenfeld. ‘The significance of the work they do to build and support families and their extended communities cannot be underestimated, and must continue.’
